Curious Minds Software, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, doing business as Curious.ai ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Curious Minds Software, LLC.

  • User Generated Content such as the custom flashcards you create and the data from the chats with the Tutor tab.

    Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Curious Minds Software, LLC will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Information will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

  3. 14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

    The OpenAI API we use for GPT-4 does not store or collect any data our app sends to them per their latest privacy policy.

    If we need to provide you with information about something, whether for legal, marketing, or other business-related purposes, we will select what we believe is the best way to get in contact with you. We will usually do this through email or by placing a notice on our Service. The fact that we may send notices to you will not stop you from being able to opt out of certain types of contact as described in this Privacy Policy.

    By using Curious.ai, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
